Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of buyamto.com (the “Site“), your purchases from BuyAmTo (“BUYAMTO“, “we”, “us”) and your participation in the BUYAMTO Earn programme. By using the Site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order. Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
2. Products, prices and availability
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and finishes can vary slightly on screen. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Products are subject to availability. If we make an obvious pricing or listing error, or an item is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.
3. Orders and payment
An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it, usually by an order confirmation email or when we dispatch the item. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where payment is not completed, or where stock is unavailable.
4. Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and our courier partners. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy published on this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer-protection law, for example where goods are not as described or are faulty.
6. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site: for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it to break the law or to mislead other people. The Site and everything on it (including the BUYAMTO name, logo, text, images and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. BUYAMTO Earn programme
BUYAMTO Earn lets members share personal links and codes and earn commission on qualifying orders. In addition to these Terms, the Programme Terms shown when you join (and in your BUYAMTO Earn area) apply. In summary:
- Commission is earned only on qualifying paid orders placed through your link or code. Signing up, sharing or clicking earns nothing by itself.
- Commission is held as pending, becomes available only after the order is completed and the waiting period has passed, and is reversed if the order is cancelled, fails or is refunded (in full or in part).
- Rates, minimum withdrawal amounts and other rules are set out in the programme and may change for future orders; commission already recorded keeps the rate it was recorded at.
- Orders you place yourself, for yourself, do not earn commission. You must not mislead buyers, spam, or use fake or duplicate accounts.
- Cash payouts are made manually once you reach the minimum, or you can convert earnings to BUYAMTO store credit. Any estimate you see on the Site is an estimate only and is never a guarantee of payment.
- We may suspend an account and withhold or reverse commission where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral or breach of these Terms.
- Taking part does not make you our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for any tax that applies to what you earn.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services such as payment processors and couriers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
9. Our responsibility to you
We will take reasonable care in running the Site and supplying products. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed and activity after the change; continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
