Delivery is worked out at checkout from your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. It depends on where the order is going and how heavy it is.

It depends on where you are. You’ll see the delivery option for your address at checkout. If you need it by a certain day, chat with us or call 0707 100 0222 before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Use the Track your order page with your order number and email. If you have an account, your orders are also under My account.

Yes. We test items for faults before shipping them, so we don’t send out faulty items.

You can pay by debit or credit card at checkout. Payments are handled by Paystack.

Yes. Your card details go straight to Paystack, our payment provider, over a secure connection. BUYAMTO never sees or stores your card number.

Yes. Enter it in the coupon box in your cart or at checkout. Each code has its own rules (for example, some only work on a first order or with the email they were sent to).

Returns are for wrong items: if we sent you something different from what you ordered. Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Items that have been opened or used can’t be returned.

The customer pays the delivery cost of sending a return back to us.

Refunds are given as store credit to use on BUYAMTO. In some cases we refund in cash instead. We’ll tell you which when we confirm your return.
